• Stainless Steel Enclosures for 36kV to 145kV rating SF6 Gas Insulated Electrical Switch Enclosures are made with Stainless steel SS 304 Material, tested for Welding Quality by different tests.
• Internal surface is Electro-polished to give the surface finish of Ra 0.8.
• Enclosures are   tested for Helium Leak Test up to 2×10-6 std cc/sec.gear.
• Such enclosures are developed to serve the Power Sector for GIS Enclosures.
• Right from Raw material cutting to finish products all the manufacturing process are done in house.
• Enclosures are of varied sizes and design features as per customer requirement.
• A- grade welding of SS 304, Pipe cross made by Pull-out of pipe profile, precisely machined to maintain dimensional as well as geometrical accuracy, Buffing and Electro-polishing are key requirement which are achieved with the help of dedicated fixtures and processes.
